I've had breathwork sessions, both integrative mat breathing and Breathwork art sessions with Sonia, both of which have been so transformative in helping me deep dive into childhood blocks, traumas and heavy emotions that have been so deeply suppressed over the years.
Sonia guided me through each process with such tenderness, professionalism and care that allowed me to feel SAFE to go where the healing is most needed and the places I most wanted to avoid in order to help me shift, move and clear old patterns and beliefs.
I would highly recommend a breathwork session with Sonia. It's changing my life and I am noticing how much progress I am making in both my professional and personal life since having them.
I have applied the tools and processes Sonia shares during the sessions, in my day to day life and they feel like a life-line.
