About Me...

I’m Sonia Reyatt, a therapeutic breathwork practitioner with over six years of experience in the field.

​

My journey began in 2017 through private sessions that helped me move through burnout, depression, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion. Breathwork became a lifeline, supporting me to face deep-rooted patterns, regulate my nervous system, and reconnect to a sense of inner strength.

​

I bring to this work a background in frontline charity leadership, where I witnessed the impacts of chronic stress and trauma up close. This lived and professional experience led me to complete three years of intensive breathwork training, followed by a year of workshop leader development.

​

For the past two years, I’ve co-led practitioner trainings, and now bring that depth into my private practice—supporting individuals and organisations to release stress, restore resilience, and reconnect through the breath.

Sessions can be tailored to support wellbeing, reduce burnout, and create space for deeper connection and calm in the workplace.

    My Approach to Breath

    The breath is often the first place the body begins to speak, if we take the time to listen.

     

    In my sessions I listen carefully to the story someone is sharing, while also paying attention to how the body is responding. Sometimes the body softens and opens. At other times it may tense, react or begin to shut down.

    ​

    These signals guide the pace of the session.

    ​

    Rather than pushing the process, the breath is used to support the nervous system so the body can remain regulated while deeper emotional layers begin to unfold and release.

     

    Each session is client-led and guided by what is present in that moment. I trust the innate wisdom within each person and the natural intelligence of the breath.

    Breathing Circles

    Breathwork sessions are holistic and personalised, shaped around what you bring to the space. Each 2–2.5 hour session includes an opening conversation, a guided conscious connected breath practice, and time at the end to ground, reflect and integrate the experience.

    Throughout the session, the breath is allowed to unfold naturally, with space to listen to the body and move at a pace that feels right for you.

    Designed for teams and organisations, these guided sessions use conscious connected breathwork to reduce stress, prevent burnout and support emotional wellbeing in the workplace. In a calm, supportive space, colleagues reconnect with themselves and each other, building resilience, clarity and stronger team dynamics. A powerful tool for workplace wellness and sustainable performance.​

    ​Explore personal challenges from the comfort of your own home through guided breath awareness. These sessions create space to gently explore what may be present, support emotional awareness, and deepen self-understanding.

    Format: 90-minute session combining conversation with guided breath awareness and meditation.

    Mediation breathwork 

    A supportive space to release emotional blocks, improve communication, and deepen connection. Each session includes a guided discussion, shared breathwork, and time to reflect and integrate over a calming cup of tea. Tailored to the unique needs of your relationship.

    Breathwork Art Sessions are holistic and personalised, combining breathwork with creative expression. Each 2 to 2.5-hour session includes a discussion to explore your focus, a guided breathwork art process to release emotions creatively, and a reflective integration period to ground and share insights.
