What is Breathwork Therapy?

Breathwork is a personal journey of self-discovery and healing, focusing on the practice of conscious connected breathing. It's a transformative modality that empowers individuals to explore their inner landscape, promoting holistic well-being and emotional release. Through guided sessions and intentional breathing techniques, individuals can access deeper states of relaxation and self-awareness. Whether seeking relief from stress, anxiety, or simply aiming to deepen one's connection to self, breathwork offers a pathway to greater clarity, healing, and personal growth."

My Breathwork Journey

In 2017, I was introduced to Breathwork Therapy and began participating in private sessions. These sessions allowed me to confront and work through various traumas and challenges from my past, including low self-esteem, bullying, and addiction, overgive patterns that lead to burnout and depressive states. I also learned about the ways in which I had been holding myself back and suppressing my own gifts. In 2019, I decided to commit to the First-Breath Training Program, which proved to be an intensive and transformative experience. Breathwork therapy helped me to see the reality of my own self-imposed limitations and showed me how to move beyond them with the support of the breath. It taught me how to unlearn the conditioning of my past and break free from the self-made prison I had created. I have learnt to take self responsibility for my life choices and experiences, thus learning a huge lesson in humility and grace.

Guidance On Every Step of the Way

Welcome to my website! My name is Sonia and I am a trained breathwork facilitator. If you are seeking relief from stress, healing from past traumas, or simply want to delve deeper into self-exploration and personal growth, breathwork can be a valuable tool on your journey. I offer individual and group sessions to help you experience the transformative power of this practice. As an experienced facilitator, I will guide you through the process, offering support and guidance as you navigate the challenges and insights that may arise. Breathwork sessions

1-2-1 sessions

During a 1-2-1 breathwork session, you will have the opportunity to work through significant personal challenges and gain insights into unconscious patterns, behaviours, and limiting thoughts and beliefs. With the help of the breath, you can move through difficult feelings and cultivate a sense of unconditional self-worth, increase self-esteem, and build stronger foundations for self-care. Breathwork is a powerful and transformative tool with limitless possibilities for personal growth and healing. As your facilitator, I will be there to support and guide you every step of the way.

What to expect…

Each session is based on a 3 part experience

​

Getting the lay of the land: 40 mins to 1 hour to talk about where you are at right now.

Breathe: Lying down on a mattress and breathing for approximately 1 hour

Integration: Time to come back to yourself, a cup of tea and some feedback on your session
