Breathwork sessions

1-2-1 Session Approx 2.5/3 Hours

During a 1-2-1 breathwork session, you will have the opportunity to work through significant personal challenges and gain insights into unconscious patterns, behaviours, and limiting thoughts and beliefs. With the help of the breath, you can move through difficult feelings and cultivate a sense of unconditional self-worth, increase self-esteem, and build stronger foundations for self-care. Breathwork is a powerful and transformative tool with limitless possibilities for personal growth and healing. As your facilitator, I will be there to support and guide you every step of the way.

What to expect…

Each session is based on a 3 part experience

​

Getting the lay of the land:

40 mins to 1 hour to talk about where you are at right now.

Breathe:

Lying down on a mattress and breathing for approximately 1 hour

Integration:

Time to come back to yourself, a cup of tea and some feedback on your session

Breathwork Art

In addition to being a safe and gentle way to explore the shadow, Breathwork Art is also a powerful tool for integrating the experience. Integration involves bringing unconscious aspects of the self into conscious awareness and assimilating them into the overall sense of self. This process can help to deepen our experience, leading to greater healing and personal growth. By focusing on the breath and using different mediums of art to express and process emotions, individuals can access deeper levels of self-awareness and understanding, allowing them to work through challenges and insights in a safe and supportive environment. Your piece of art is a reflection of your inner world, your emotional experience during your sessions, your thoughts and feelings. Here we will be unlocking your creativity and going beyond the contemporary methods that have been impressed on us through the education system. Breathwork Art is suitable for all levels of breathers. This is a process that can be gentle and slow, as well as a deep dive into the psyche.

Using the breath and the paint to express the embodied feelings for approximately 1 hour

Integration:

Time to come back to yourself, a cup of tea and some feedback on your session

Breathing Circles

Group Sessions Approx. 2.5 hours

 

Breathing Circles offer a safe and supportive space for individuals and groups to explore the shadow and integrate it through conscious connected breath. In a sacred and judgment-free environment, breathers can use the power of the breath and the support of the group to delve deeper into unconscious aspects of the self and bring them into conscious awareness. Oracle cards may also be used to help breathers tap into archetypal energies and unravel their personal stories. These circles offer a unique opportunity for self-exploration and healing through the power of the breath and the support of the group.

This is the perfect way to introduce conscious breathing into your life. Breathing circles are designed to create a community feel, building your tribe, learning to connect with others and opening up the ability to communicate your feelings with others. Here we respect your boundaries and offer you the space to express your needs. A monthly or bi-weekly Breathing circle is the perfect dose of self-care, the MOT version for your body.

On-line Zoom connections

In an online breathwork session, you will be able to discuss your current concern in a comfortable home environment. By using the breath as a guiding force, you can gain valuable insights into subconscious patterns, behaviors, and restrictive thoughts or beliefs. Through the assistance of breathwork, you can navigate challenging emotions and foster a deep sense of unconditional self-value, enhancing self-esteem, and establishing a solid basis for self-care. Breathwork is an immensely potent and transformative technique that holds endless potential for personal development and recovery. As your facilitator, I will provide unwavering support and guidance throughout the entire process.
