In a breathwork session, you typically lie down in a comfortable position and receive guidance from a trained facilitator through specific breathing exercises. Experiences can vary but may include deep relaxation, physical sensations, emotional release, and moments of insight or clarity.

A private breathwork session (1-2-1) typically lasts between 2.5 to 3 hours.

40 minutes to 1 hour: During this phase, clients have the opportunity to delve into and discuss their current concerns and issues. The focus is on self-exploration, and activities may include guided visualizations, meditations, psychological processes, establishing boundaries and consent, mirror work, and embodiment practices.

1 hour: The main part of the session involves conscious connected breathwork. You will be comfortably lying down on a mattress and guided through a one-hour breathing process. We will explore various breathing rhythms, incorporate toning with the voice, and engage in gentle physical movements. Occasionally, your breathwork practitioner may provide physical support, such as placing their hands on your feet to encourage deeper breaths.

30 minutes: The final phase is dedicated to integrating your breathwork experience and reflecting on the session. This time ensures that you feel grounded and capable of integrating the session before you leave.
