I understand that unexpected situations may arise, requiring clients to cancel or reschedule their scheduled breathwork therapy session. To ensure fairness and maintain a consistent schedule for all clients, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows me to plan accordingly and potentially offer the appointment to another client.

2. If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window before your session, a cancellation fee will apply. The exact fee amount will depend on the length and type of session, and I will inform you about the fee at the time of cancellation.

3. In case of emergency situations or unforeseen events beyond your control, I will consider exceptions to the cancellation policy. Please inform me as soon as possible in such circumstances.

4. If you fail to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

5. If you have purchased a package or prepaid for multiple sessions, missed sessions without proper cancellation will be deducted from your remaining sessions.
