About In-Exhale...

About me

Greetings! I am a body-based breathworker who holds a degree in Sociology and Psychology. For approximately 15 years, I worked in Homeless Services until I experienced burnout. At the age of 35, I turned to breathwork therapy as a solution to my lack of motivation, depression, and feeling robotic with no aspirations to work or live. My body in intense pain, (back, knees and headaches). My body had been tightly wound up, I had been holding myself together, and not allowing any space for relaxation and rest, self-care was not something I had ever prioritised. Life had become a burden, and I felt no excitement, or adventure, I lacked a sense of purpose, and I was utterly exhausted. In response to all of this, I made a radical decision to quit my job, travel, and start a new chapter in my life.

I enrolled in the Breathwork Training Program, where I began to reconnect with myself and identify what I wanted from life. Every session allowed me to discover something new about myself as I journeyed through various emotional states, unlearning societal conditioning and embracing new ways of being.

Through breathwork, I realized my potential and the power of my breath, and I now seek to share this gift with anyone willing to explore their inner world. My mission is to help those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, and unmotivated to unlock their potential, find their purpose, and live a fulfilling and liberated life. Using body-based breathwork, I guide my clients on an inward journey to discover themselves and create the life they desire with to live with passion.

I believe that healing, transformation and growth can be accessed through this modality, and I am here to provide guidance as you move through this journey.

At In-Exhale Breathwork, I use a combination of breathwork, embodiment practices, somatic healing, transformational theatre, total relate for safe anger release, conscious awareness practices/activities to cultivate clear boundaries & consent, embodied dance practices, elemental rituals such as fire & water cleansing rituals, psychological digger processes and more. Using a combination of these different tools can support clients to explore their unconscious patterns, shadow, past trauma and emotional blocks to find inner peace and cultivate self-love. I offer individual sessions, group workshops and Breathing Circles to help people connect to their breath, move through mental blocks and access their inner wisdom.
